Heather and Brian,
Sending prayers and love in the loss of your Dad. AC and I went to First Baptist Church in St. Paul, Virginia. We also sang together in the Concord Choir and traveled to different churches to present concerts . AC and I attended East Tennessee State . I remember our long talks together. There is one time that we sat in the car and listened to the Sounds of Silence by Simon and Garfunkel. We talked about the depth of that song and the meaning. We were never lost for words. Beautiful memories of a wonderful friend, your Dad,
AC Burke. Teresa Pesetti

Heather and Brian,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother and Father. They were such a loving and giving couple and both were so very proud of you. I always enjoyed our interactions around the sport of wrestling and admired your fathers integrity and love for coaching. May the memories of time well spent together and your faith in God be sources of comfort, strength and peace as you move forward.
Sincerely,
Barry Trent

Heather and Brian, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother and Father. I remember them well when they lived in Castlewood and I worked at Dominion Bank in St Paul…..I lost contact with them when I left StPaul and transferred to Roanoke with the bank and one day A C came into the bank in Salem and we had a great time catching up. Jennifer and AC were wonderful, fun people and I always enjoyed spending time with them.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. May God’s Grace give you both comfort at this time.

AC and I were classmates at Castlewood High School. While I lost contact with him after graduation, I always enjoyed hearing of his many accomplishments. I especially loved to hear of his work in Christian missions. The family will be in my thoughts and prayers. May the grace of God surround you and comfort you now and always.

Heather, Brian and Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your father and mother. I valued their friendship greatly over the years. I knew your father for well over fifty years and your mother for several. He was a classmate at CHS and at Ferrum. My prayers are with you.
