Brett is undoubtedly the love of my life, he was the most beautiful, caring, perfect person and I made sure he knew it all the time. We did everything together and we never fought, never argued, never even disagreed on where to eat. We would tell each other every day that we could spend our lives how we were for the rest of our lives and be completely happy, comfortable, content. My only solace is that for him, he did spend the rest of his life just like that. Happy and laughing every day, we kissed good morning and good night every day. We called each other our love birds because we kissed each other all over the face all the time. We went on trips to the beach every chance we got, I was obsessed with taking pictures and was so happy he let me take hundreds. I’m blessed with these beautiful memories of my sweetheart laughing and smiling how he always did. Words can’t describe the hurt in my heart and the grief I feel over this sudden loss. I love and miss him more than anything in this world, there’s a hole in my heart where he should be.
