Obituary of Kenneth Wayne Clinebell

Kenneth Wayne Clinebell, 72, of Roanoke passed away Friday, July 2, 2021.  He was born March 11, 1949 in White Sulphur Spings, West Virginia a son of the late, George W. Clinebell and Anna Grace Clinebell Smith.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, George W. Clinebell, II; sister, Jeannie Clinebell and loving grandson, Ean Michael Clinebell.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving daughter and granddaughter, Crystal Lynn and Anna Grace Canterbury of Salem; son, Sean Michael Clinebell; sisters, Carol Smith of Troutville, Sarah (Henry) Fogus, White Sulphur Springs, Una Humphries of Big Ridge, VA, Lou (Lanse) Mazey of Roanoke, Becky (Dave) Folden of Lewisburg, WV; brothers, Larry (Kimmi) Clinebell of Tampa, Florida, Lannie Clinebell of White Sulphur Springs; and many nieces and nephews.

Kenny worked for Southern Refrigeration Corporation for 41 years.  A few of his loves were deer hunting, watching old westerns, working on cars, and car races.  Most important of all was the love he had for his faithful dog Winston!

Kenny's wishes were to have his remains cremated.  A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
