Obituary of Clifton Almo Booe

Clifton Almo Booe, 93, of Roanoke and formerly of Winston-Salem, NC, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 24, 2021. Clifton was preceded in death by his son, Melvin Ray Booe. He owned and operated CA Booe Insurance Agency for over 60 years with his wife.

He is survived by his wife of 77 years, Ora Frances Booe; daughters, Brinda Booe and Linda Williams (Bill); 14 grandchildren including grandson, Michael Ray Booe (Carrie) and granddaughters, Heather Nicole Williams and Holly Paige Martin (Scott); brother, Alton Booe; sisters, Nancy Worell and Martha Carroll; and numerous other family members.

The family will be having a Celebration of Life Service on Friday, May 28 at 2pm in the Simpson Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home.
