Obituary of Christopher Neal Webb

It is with deepest sorrow, that we announce that Christopher "Neal" Webb, 45, of Roanoke passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. 

Those who knew Neal, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.  He was a true friend to his friends, always ready to help one in need, despite his own health issues.

A love of Neal's life was playing in a band and promoting bands in the Roanoke Area.

Neal will be missed everyday by his father and mother, Kozuo and Kathleen Webb; brother, Nathan Webb; niece, Winnie Webb; and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

The family would like to offer special appreciation and recognition to Neal's devoted friends, Dave Kulp, Xila Underwood; Amy and Scotty Amin; and band members, Brian Bobbitt and Matt Poff.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to one of Neal's favorite charities, the Roanoke Rescue Mission, a local homeless shelter, or a local food bank.

A celebration of Neal's life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. 

Due to Covid-19 there will not be a celebration at the home at this time, however there will be a celebration held at a later date at the home.
