Gene was a dear friend to me and my husband. We started at Roanoke Memorial on the same day in 1976. That day was the beginning of our friendship. Gene was over the Biomed department and I was in nursing. I knew I could count on him to help me with any equipment needs.
Gene was the best man at mine and Joe’s wedding. He will always be a very special person in my heart!!
