Obituary of Eleanor Gwen Richardson

Eleanor Gwen Richardson, 65, wife of Barry L. Richardson, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. She was born in Virginia and was the daughter of the late James V. Sinclair and the late Betty Ann Gearhart Prilipp. Eleanor was also preceded in death by a sister, Joan Collins.

She worked for Berglund Automotive and formerly worked as a parts customer service representative at the Parts Depot Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store.

In addition to her husband, she will be missed and remembered by her sons, Jason Wells and Wesley Richardson and his wife Dawn; grandchildren, Kennedy Richardson and her significant other, Mason McGee and Camden Richardson; great-granddaughter, Teagan; as well as multiple other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with Pastor Donald Summerville officiating. The family will speak to friends following the service.
