Obituary of Dwayne Marvin Altizer

Dwayne M. Altizer, 58, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at his home. He was born in Roanoke County and was the son of the late Raymond W. Altizer and Vivian Arlean Huffman.

He will be missed and remembered by his long-time companion, Carol Sine; daughter, Destiny Altizer; granddaughters, Adri and Deborah; sisters, Rita A. Bramlett (Arthur), Vicki Cromer (Tommy), and Karen Collins; brothers, Ray Altizer (Kaye) and Billy Altizer (Marcia); special buddies, Joey, Timmy and Jack, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He worked as a self-employed auto mechanic for many years, and was a man with lots of friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, 5550 Bagging Plant Rd., Dublin, VA 24084
