To my friend and neighbor of 15 years, Albert will be sorely missed. I remember those mornings when we would both be out mowing our yards, and those times I would watch your grandson trotting alongside him. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Blessings.

I’ve arrived in Roanoke six years ago. As I was adjusting to my new congregation and the older men who made up the Body of Elders, Albert Journiette, I noticed how he exhibited the Gifts in men. Such a kind man and his prayers in behalf of the congregation were always so encouraging. My condolences to the family during this time of grief. We will see our Brother again in the splendor of a Paradise earth. Sleep my Brother until you hear the clarion call to rise and come back to life.

We are sending our heartfelt condolences to all of you.
Please keep in mind and close to heart - the promises from the God of all comfort. Especially appropriate at this time, is the assured resurrection of those now sleeping in death.
