Obituary of Stephan Martin Kalinke

Stephan Martin Kalinke, 53, of Vinton passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020, after a lengthy battle with failing health, specifically, Kidney disease. He fought hard until the very end.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Littlefield Kalinke; a sister, Christine Kropp; and his much beloved dog, Whiskey.

Surviving are his wife, Lori Kalinke; children, Christian, Heidi, and Kyle Kalinke; father, Heinz Kalinke; sister, Denise Winters; numerous nieces and nephews; and his devoted dog, Morgan.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the family to help with expenses, as they adjust to life without Stephan.

A memorial service will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory.  366-0707
