Dorothy Mae Viers, 85, widow of Charlie Viers, died on Friday, August 14, 2020 after a long illness. Born in Earlhurst, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Alpha H. Howard and the late Nina E. Howard.
Dorothy was a woman of strong Christian values and principles as a result of her love for the Lord.
She is survived by her children, Eddie Charlton (Connie) of Salem, VA, Viola Turpin of Newport News, VA, Arnold Breckenridge of Roanoke, and Thersa Viers of Waynesboro, PA; grandchildren, Beth, Lee and Jessica; five great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
There will be no service held at this time.
Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
