We became friends with Mr. Wills through the Meals on Wheels route.He was so delightful and appreciative when we brought his lunch to his home. We looked forward to seeing him. He would smile and always have something nice to day.. Last year, when he developed health issues and moved to Carrington, we visited with him often. He always made us laugh and would tell us to be careful going back to Salem. We enjoyed our visits with him and listening to his stories about his time in the air force and family ventures. We are praying for the family and know that God will comfort you. One memory I would like to share, when he was at Carrington, during one of our visits, Mr Wills told me he had been talking to the "Man Upstairs" as he pointed to heaven. I believe that he was prepared for his journey home. I am so very sorry for your loss, we are all heart broken. He is with our Heavenly Father and my life was blessed by his friendship. Again to all his family and friends, very very sorry for your loss.
