I was so sad to hear of Mrs Cochran’s passing. I have a life time of memories of this sweet lady. I feel blessed to have had her for a neighbor for many, many years. When I was battling cancer, and finally got some what of an appetite back, she would make the most wonderful home made chicken pot pies and bring them over. Delicious! And so very nice of her. It was a comfort to have her and Mr Cochran next door. She’s truely missed.
My deepest sympathy and love to her family.

I am so sorry to learn of Mrs. Cochran's death. Our family lived one block over from the Cochrans on Greenhurst. I remember Mrs. Cochran as sweet and kind. She showed endless patience for a bunch of silly, giggly girls as a GA leader at Oakland Baptist and she was a faithful and regular friend and visitor to my chronically ill mother. I am sure she was greeting with the words "well done, my good and faithful servant." My condolences and prayers for the family during the next days and weeks.

Dear Susan and family, I always enjoyed seeing your mom and talking with her many years ago at different family and WMU gatherings. She was a beautiful lady inside and out. She always had a calm, peaceful look and presence about her! Now she serves our Heavenly Father in her eternal home she waits on the rest of you to join her! Prayers for the comfort that only Jesus can give during this time.

Family of Laura Cochran: We are so sorry for the loss of your dear wife, mother, grandmother, & great-grandmother. She was a lovely, wonderful, kind lady you would ever want to know with her sweet disposition, her interest in so many things, and her "witty sense of humor" we all loved. Your "loss (and our loss) is certainly Heaven's gain", and we pray that your memories, her love for each of you, will give you "that Peace that passeth our understanding" in this time of your grief & in the days ahead. In Loving Sympathy, Gerald & Alma Lee Eden
