Linda M. Robertson, 73, of Roanoke passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Terry Robertson, Sr.; father and mother, John and Lennis Lawson; sisters, Margie Carter, Mary Slaydon and Betty Yates; brothers, John "Buddy" Mays and Ronnie and Marvin Lawson.
Surviving are her son, Terry R. Robertson, Jr; daughter, Tammy (David) Palmatier; grandchildren, Kristin (Wes) Elmore, Brandon Sumner, and Samantha Palmatier; great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jace Elmore; sister, Virginia Clark; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Angels of Assisi or Read Mountain Rescue Squad.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by the Rev. Mark Washington. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707
