Obituary of Joseph Nowlin Sailor, Jr.

Joseph Nowlin Sailor, Jr., 80, of Roanoke, passed away, Monday, November 25, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph N. Sailor, Sr. and Frances Gilbert Sailor; wife of 31 years, Judy H. Sailor; grandson, Jacob Peterson. Joseph is survived by his daughters, Theresa Peterson and husband Ed, Deborah Sailor Daniels, and Amy J. Stephenson; grandchildren, Lucas Peterson and wife Calli, Shelby DeCoursey and husband Chris, Michael Peterson, and Samuel Daniels; great-grandchildren, Avery, Oakleigh, and Layne Jae. 

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in Joseph's name to the Kazim Shriners of Roanoke 628 Campbell Ave. SW, Roanoke, Virginia 24016. Services will be held Friday, November 29, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow services at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
