Obituary of Grant George Goemaere

Grant, 46, passed away on September 1, 2019. He was born to the late Russell and JoAnn Goemaere on October 5, 1972 in Warren, Michigan, and was one of five children. Grant had a passion for music, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and had a deep love for animals – especially cats. He had a wonderful sense of humor, a great laugh, and a kind and gentle heart.

Grant is survived by his mother, JoAnn Goemaere and four siblings, Russell (Maureen), Tracy (David), Mark (Sarah), and Dana (Al). He also leaves behind three nieces, eight nephews, and their families.

Grant was a man of strong faith, believing in the power and strength of Jesus Christ’s love and the beauty and peace that would await him after his passing. He will be missed by so many. 

A private memorial will be held for immediate family only.
