To the Covey Family,
Losing your loved one in death is a pain we can never get accustomed to. But Jehovah, "the God of all comfort" lovingly eases that pain by promising to get rid of death. At Isaiah 25:8 he said that "He will swallow up death forever, and the sovereign lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces". Such beautiful and comforting words from our Father Jehovah can help us through the most difficult time of our lives.

Mrs. Covey taught in an adjacent class to my classroom at Broad Street School. This was fourth grade (1964). Our class and her class would interchange every day so I had the opportunity of having her as a teacher also. She always had such a lovely smile and was so good to her students. I had the opportunity to see her back in the early 2000's, and it was wonderful to be able to reminisce about Broad Street School and her remembrance of many students. May God's comfort and blessings be upon your family.

My condolences to the family. Mrs. Covey was one of my favorite teachers of all time. It seems to me that science was one of her specialties. 1970 was a long time ago. But I remember her pleasant and patient demeanor today still. Salem and the world are a lot better off because of the engaging karma of teachers like Mrs. Covey. Mrs. Covey truly served her profession and community. I and many others salute her. God Bless you and all of her family. Sincerely.

Every time I saw Mrs. Covey, she was always happy, smiling and asking about me, my husband Tommy, our dogs, my teaching, and my art. A great mom, grand mom, and great-grandmom to all her family - a true matriarch. She taught, raised and led them to live beautiful lives and they had so many fun times together. I am honored to have been a part of her extended family and share many of their wonderful memories of her.
