God strengthens u by giving us "the power beyond what is normal" to make it through each passing day. Psalm 46:1 says: "God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress." Isaiah 41:13; I "am grasping your right hand, the One [God] saying to you,...'I will help you.'"
