Obituary of Dora Allen Taylor

Dora Allen Taylor, 88, of Vinton and formerly of Smith Mountain Lake, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 26, 2019.  She was preceded in death by a son, Ted Allen and her husbands, Sidney Allen and Roy Taylor.

Surviving are two sons, Randy Allen and wife Brenda, Mike Allen and wife Barbara; daughter-in-law, Bonnie Allen and niece Sherion Bishop; two grandchildren, Michele Rhudy and husband Jonathan, Justin Allen and wife Cherie; six great grandchildren, Morgan, Hannah and Addison Rhudy, and Jaelyn, Jodi and Jada Allen; and a special friend, Cornelia Willis.

A memorial service will be held, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 1 p.m. at St. Philips Lutheran Church with Pastor David Derrick officiating.
