Obituary of Betty Jean Huffman

Betty Jean Huffman 69 of Roanoke went to be with the Lord on Monday March 4, 2019 surrounded by her family. Her parents, Alice Creasy and Carroll D. Wilhelm, preceded her, along with a sister, Linda Wilhelm and brother Ronnie Wilhelm.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Arthur Bowles II and wife Kristie, Brett Bowles and wife Regina; daughter, Kimberly Shanin Baker; grandchildren, Joshua and Seth Bowles, Derek and Kayla Bowles, Albert and Abigail Baker; brother, Roy Wayne Wilhelm. Along with many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00pm Friday March 8, 2019 at Simpson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Thursday March 7, 2019 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
