Obituary of Barbara Craft Huffman

Barbara "Bobbie" Craft Huffman, 82, of New Castle went home to be with the Lord, Monday, October 22, 2018.  She was preceded by her husband of 46 years, Joe Huffman, parents, Howard and Goldia Craft, and a sister, Dreama Zimmerman.

Bobbie was a member of New Castle Christian Church, the Ladies Auxillary of VFW Post # 4491, and a Charter Member of the New Castle Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.  She retired from General Electric in Salem.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time listening to her favorite music, watching old western movies, and tending to her flower beds.

Surviving are her son Patrick Huffman and wife Carol; grandchildren, Victor, Austin and Taylor Huffman; brother, George Craft; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend and neighbor, Sandra Ruble.

Should friends desire, contributions in memory to Barbara may be made to New Castle Christian Church.

A memorial service will be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday, October 28, 2018 at New Castle Christian Church by Pastor Cody Rader.  Interment will follow in Huffman Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.  Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory.  366-0707
