Joyce Turner Coffey, 76, of Vinton went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, October 16, 2018. She was preceded by her parents, Vester and Mary Hamm.
Joyce retired from the Salem Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Surviving are her daughter, Mary (Sean) Thomasson; son, Tracy Turner; grandchildren, Tara and Bryce Wolfe; sister, Carolyn Witt; brother, David (Mary) Hamm; and numerous nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted 5 p.m. Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Open Bible Baptist Church 1010 Montrose Avenue S. E. by Pastor Marvin Loyd. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home and Crematory. 366-0707
