Virginia Frith Hungate, 94 of Roanoke passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis A. and Alzie Stone Frith, husband, Arthur Gilmer Hungate, Jr., brother, Carl E. Frith and sister, Mary Estelle Chapman.
Mrs. Hungate retired from AAA Mid Atlantic and was a member of Belmont Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Vicki L. Hungate; son, Michael Wayne Hungate (Sally Ann); grandchildren, Brian Hungate, Lisa Valerio; great grandchildren, Siena, Fabian, Adrian, and Jeweliana; and one great grandson, Lukis.
A graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 in Sherwood Memorial Park by the Rev. Troy Mays. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road. 366-0707
