Obituary of George W. Millirons, Sr.

George W. Millirons, Sr., 90, of Troutville, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, August 2, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Annie Millirons; children, Randolph David, James Matthew, and Linda Millirons; 6 brothers and 1 sister. Left to cherish his memory, his wife of 69 years Beatrice Havens Millirons; children, Nora M. Frazier, George Millirons Jr., Jerry Millirons, Alice Flora, and Allen Millirons; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. George was a member of the Roanoke Valley Cathedral of Praise formerly known as Williamson Road Church of God as well as Trinity Church of God. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Virginia Veterans Care Center for their love and care. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 5, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Monday, August 6, 2018 at 9 a.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel.
