A cute memory story. Paula knew my dog Etta, who I had for 16 years, and offered me condolences when the dog died on July 16, 1993. On June 16, 1995, Paula dropped by my house to find me outside with a Black lab female stray dog. I was explaining to her that I did not know the dog, it had just come by the house and I was trying to find out who owned her.
Paula said, "Chris, what happened 2 years ago today?"
I said Etta died." Paula said, This is Etta coming back."
I kept the dog and named her Twit and had her for the next 15 years and she was "Etta reincarnated", by how she behaved. Both dogs had been top of their in obedience school.
