Obituary of Eva Coleman Anderson

Eva C. Anderson, 91, of Roanoke, passed away, Thursday, July 19, 2018. Eva was preceded in death by her husband Ira D. Anderson, Jr. and daughter Martha Christy Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Amber Kay Martin; grandchildren, Daniel Seth Martin, Brandon L. Martin, Luke M. Martin, Ashley S. McDaniel, and Allie K. Smith; great-grandchildren, Trey Lawrence, Madison McDaniel, and Cameron L. Martin; special friends, Lee Martin and Elsie Huffman. Eva was a supervisor at Miller and Rhoads, as well as a longtime member of Southview United Methodist Church. Services will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Warren Carswell officiating. Interment will follow services at Cedar Lawn Memorial Parke. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Simpson Funeral Home. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home.
