Richard (Dick) Hall, 79 of Roanoke, native of West Va., passed away, Saturday, July 7, 2018. He is survived by his sons, Richard Hall (Karen), Darin Hall (Pat), and Corey Hall; daughters, Kim Lawrence (Chip) and Charla Neifert (fiancé Scott Jones); nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
