Martha “Christy” Smith, 57, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father, Ira (Andy) Anderson. She is survived by her daughters, Ashley McDaniel and husband James and Alexandra (Allie) Smith; sister, Amber Kay Martin; granddaughter, Madison McDaniel; nephews, Daniel (Seth) Martin, Brandon Martin, and Luke Martin; as well as numerous special friends. Services will be held Friday, June 15, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel with interment following services at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
