Carolyn Johnson, 78, of Salem passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lois Johnson.
Carolyn retired from Belk at Valley View Mall.
Surviving are her son, William E. “Bill” Johnson; grandson, Levi Richardson and wife Jess; sister, Bobbie Green, a number of nieces and nephews; and her “boys" Fletcher and Chase.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the SPCA.
A memorial service will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2018 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707
