Linda Graybill Harris, 78 of Roanoke, passed away Monday April 2, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clinton and Katherine Graybill.

 

Left to cherish Linda’s memory, are her loving and devoted husband of 58 years, Willard W. Harris; niece, Linda Banner and husband Mack of Salem; great-niece, Ashley Quick of Roanoke; nephew, Michael Repass and wife Liz of Salem; great-niece, Megan Repass of Roanoke; great-nephews, Andrew Repass and John Thomas Repass of Salem; aunts, Kathleen Cook, Doris Jean Brannon, Betty Ann Brubaker all of Troutville; uncle C.S. Humbert and wife Barbara of Troutville; special cousins, Sandra Tate of Roanoke and J.B. Powell and wife Phyllis of Daleville, Elaine Robinson and husband Rob of Superior, Montana and Lori Graybill of Kalispell, Montana; along with numerous other cousins. Linda is also survived by her lifelong “special family” Christopher Asmus and wife Brenda of New Braunfels,Texas, Angela Lucioni and husband Renzo of Bainbridge Island, Washington and their father Hans Asmus of San Leandro, CA.

 

Linda was born in Ruby, Arizona and spent her childhood in Superior, Montana, graduating from Superior High School and attending the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. Linda enjoyed a long career as an accountant for over 30 years with EG&G Inc. in Las Vegas, NV.

 

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held 2:00p on Monday April 9, 2018 at Simpson Funeral Home. Family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00pm on Monday until service time at 2:00pm at Simpson Funeral Home with Pastor Jonge Tate officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park Cemetery.
