Obituary of David Edward Routt Sr.

David Edward Routt, Sr., 66, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 8, 2018 and to be reunited with his mother, father, and many brothers, and sisters. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather, and will be missed very much. He was married to his wife Brenda for 44 years, she loved him so much and knows that she will be with him again one day. David dedicated his life to his wife, kids, and family and will never be forgotten by any of them. There will be a small private family service for him at Simpson Funeral Home on Saturday, February 10, 2018. He is survived by his wife Brenda; son, David Routt Jr., Daughter Amanda Routt; four grandkids, Alexis Barnicoat, Timmy Routt, Alexis Routt, and Makayla Raye Whittaker.
