I was so sorry to see Sue's obit in the paper. She was a great lady who cared so much for her family and especially Herb. My brother was in the same NH room with Herb. She kept an eye on both when I wasn't there as I did for Herb when she wasn't there. Absent from the body but present with the Lord. I know that Sue and Herb have reunited and are having a great time; without any pain or suffering. My deepest sympathy goes out to the family who remain to cherish her memories. I am the sister of Joe Rhodes, who was roommate to Mr. Freye at Pheasant Ridge. I saw Sue often and chatted when we were at the Nursing Home. She was one of the most devoted persons I have known; always patient and helpful to Herb, putting his needs ahead of the physical pain and discomfort she often felt. I feel privileged to have known her.
