Obituary of Vickie Mullins Smith

Vickie Mullins Smith, 68, of Roanoke went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 23, 2017.  She was preceded by her father, Homer Mullins, and mother, Mary Mullins.

Vickie was co-owner of the Gift Niche and was a loyal member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

Surviving are her children, Malora Bush and husband Randy, Veronica Long, Todd Smith and wife Anna; grandchildren, A.J. , John, and Toni-Lee Kingery, Richard Goodwin, Jr. and Peyton Long, Tyler, Haley, Bentley and Hunter Smith; great grandchildren, Eli and Ella Goodwin; step grandchildren, Brian and Bridgette Bush; sister, Laura Duckworth; and brother, Tony Mullins and wife Kim.

Funeral services will be conducted 6 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by Pastor Kyle Osborne.  A graveside service will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Monday, November 27, 2017 in Davidson Family Cemetery, Wise County, Va.  The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Simpson Funeral Home.  366-0707
