Franqulann Smith Seneff “Franke”, 79, from Roanoke, passed away, Wednesday, November 15, 2017. A loving wife to her husband J.D. who preceded her in death in 2016. She is survived by her daughter Lorie Seneff Ellis and husband Doug, and son Russell Seneff and wife Melba. She adored her grandchildren, Sarah Ellis Lovett and husband Jared, Dr. Ross Ellis, Kalee Seneff Freedy and husband Mike, Trey Seneff and Coy Seneff. She is also survived by her sister Janie Oyler and brother Sonny Smith, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Her family would like to express their gratitude to her friends at Trinity Lutheran Church where she loved her church family, The Village of Tinker Creek, and her dearest friends. Franke loved her family, friends, and everything social. Franke was a hair dresser for many years and worked in the library as well as volunteered at several Roanoke City Schools.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 4 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Ken Lane officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service time at Trinity Lutheran Church. Interment will be private at The Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in her name. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home.
