Rest in Peace Janet. I will miss you so much. You were such a good friend and mentor to me. I'm so blessed we were friends for all these years. I'll cherish all the talks we had about real estate and life and the many friends you introduced me to. I will think of you everything I see a Santa Claus but what I will miss most is that smile when I came through the door and your hands would go up and you'd say "My Southern Belle is here!" No one will ever call me that! That was ours alone. Give Charlie a big hug for me!! I'll never forget you, MsSanta ❤
