Joan, Sciba and I are saddened for you and your family. Harold was a good and gentle man, willing to pitch in with a smile at our church yard clean-up days. His hunting, gardening, and cooking skills were phenomenal. No pot-luck dinner will ever be as complete without Harold's legendary gift of deviled eggs, tenderly placed in his egg carrier. Thank you for sharing him with us.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your loved one.
God views death as an enemy. (1 Cor.15:26)
And God is eager to conquer this enemy death, and to resurrect our loved ones. (Job 14:14,15)
At that time, God promises us he will end death forever. (Rev 21:4) I hope this comforts you.

Harold was my friend both at work and off the job. Walked many a mile trying to keep up with him on the job at the old C & P Telephone trying to keep the Radford A & B cable in good repair.. We were on a team at N-SSA together for years, and I always felt like I was with family when I was with him. He was also the best cook I have ever known The world is a lesser place with his passing. Lord please help Joan and family in their time of sorrow.

I am so sorry for your loss. I used to hunt with Harold years ago in Goshen pass. He was a great guy! And an AMAZING COOK! I have a lot of hunting memoies
You can always tell how a man was. Not by the family he left behind or how many times he went to church. But by how many hearts hes touched And How many happy memories hes left behind! Harold was an extraordinary man that will be truly missed!
Thank you Harold for being someone who I knew for a very short time. But learned so much from! REST IN PEACE!
