I had the pleasure of knowing Bob as we practiced medicine at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was a surgeon and I was a pathologist so our paths often crossed. I enjoyed those occasions and the times when we had lunch together in the cafeteria. We also had a few occasions enjoying a game of golf. I have fun memories of Bob. Please accept my condolences on your loss.
