Marian Bayne Walrond Giles, 95, of Roanoke passed away on August 10, 2017.
Surviving are her husband, Jack R. Giles; son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Betsy Giles, of Denver, Colorado; daughter, Imogen Giles, of Blacksburg; brother-in-law, Bill Giles and wife Betty, of Troutville.
Marian attended Virginia Intermont. She was a lifetime member of Enon Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a devotee of architecture, art and poetry.
A memorial service will be conducted 3 p.m. Monday, August 14, 2017 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by the Rev. Glen Giles. The family will receive friends following the service. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory. 366-0707
