Tammy Lee Stout 46 of Blue Ridge, Virginia passed away Sunday January 22, 2017. Her mother, Isabelle Ann Quarles, and a sister, Doris Sowers, preceded her.
Tammy was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Tammy was a very caring, wife, mother, sister, and friend who will be dearly missed by all.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Bryan K. Stout; her son Damian T. Stout; father, Larry Quarles and step mother, Peggy; two brothers, Larry Quarles, Jr. and wife Sallie, Robert Quarles and wife, Alysia; sister, Donna Crews; step brothers, John Walton and wife Diovani, Gary Atkins and wife, Michele; step sisters, Brenda Cameron and husband Jeff, and Susan Justice; special niece, Seanna Quarles; her mother-in-law, Faye Muse; sister-in-law, Faye Webster and husband Mike; along with a brother-in-law, Ricky Stout, and many other family members and friends.
A memorial service celebrating Tammy’s life will be held 3:00pm Saturday January 28, 2017 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 625 Churchland Road, Roanoke, Virginia 24017 with Daniel Levesque officiating.
