Tammi Rose Barbour, 43, of Roanoke went home to be with the Lord Monday, January 2, 2017. She was preceded by her grandparents, Helen and Gerald (Jerry) Fetty. Tammi Rose was a devoted daughter, wife and mother. She was a lover of all animals and enjoyed writing poetry.
Surviving are her husband, Darrell Barbour; son, Skyler Washington Barbour; mother and step/father, Shirley and Bill Hudson and friends and extended family members too numerous to mention.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the Roanoke Valley SPCA.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by Myron Atkinson. The family will receive friends one hour prior and following the service. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory. 366-0707
