My prayers are with the Mills family. I lost my husband Roy in August, who was also a member of Star City Bass Masters. We both thought the world of Frank and were blessed to have him as a friend. When their club was just getting started, and Roy didn't have a boat, Frank and Ann actually loaned us their boat and truck so that we could go to Smith Mountain to fish. They were both wonderful people and he will be dearly missed. He is happy and healed now. God bless you all.
