Betty Jane Martin, 80, of Roanoke, Virginia, died Tuesday, December 19, 2016. Betty was preceded in death by her parents Testie and Racheal Booth and infant daughter. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Peggy Fulton and her son Kenneth Tolley; 3 grandchildren, Amy Fulton, Ron Fulton, and Aaron Tolley. There are no services planned.
