Judy Cook Dillon, 62, of Troutville went home to be with the Lord, Monday, June 11, 2012. She was preceded in death by her mother, Eva Opal Cook, father Wilson Cook, and a brother, Donald Wayne Cook. She was an employee of the Bank of Botetourt. Surviving are her son, Lenny Dillon of Troutville; sister, Wanda Sloan of Los Vegas, Nevada; niece, Jessica Amber Sloan; former father in law, Gordon Earnest Dillon of Vinton; former sister in law and brother in law Ruth and Jerry Dillon also of Vinton. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society 2840 Electric Road Roanoke, Virginia 24018. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2012 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707
