Ruby Orick Crouch, 57, of Roanoke, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, July 30, 2016. She was preceded by her parents, Glenn and Beulah Orick.
Surviving are her husband of 41 years, David Crouch; daughter, Stacy Brown and husband, Randy; son, Michael Crouch; grandchildren, Gracie and Zachary Brown; sisters, Brenda Hughes, Carolyn Hamden, and Jenny King; brothers, Carl Standifer, David, Cecil and Darrell Orick; and her devoted pet companion, Mitzi.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Simpson Funeral Home, 540-366-0707.
