The 1 East staff at VVCC will genuinely miss Tal. We may have only witnessed the last chapter of his life, but that was more than enough to know that he was a loving, kind hearted man. I will never forget his smile or the kindness that the Broughton family has shown our staff. My prayers are with the entire Broughton family as they celebrate Tal's life and the days of grieving ahead. Tal Broughton and family will always be a part of the VVCC family.
