Betty G. Britt of Salem entered her heavenly home on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. She was preceded by her husband, Allen Britt; sons, Wayne Britt, Daniel Britt and Stephen Britt.
Betty is survived by a daughter, Kathy Britt; daughters-in-law, Joan and Sharold Britt; grandsons, Allen Britt and wife, Amanda, Adam Britt and wife, Andra, and Brad Britt; granddaughters, Kim Dorton and husband, David, Lisa Dufrene and husband, Pete, Heather Hudkins and husband Jim; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Margaret Spangler and husband, Billy.
For those preferring to make memorial contributions, the family suggests the American Heart Association.
A celebration of Betty's life will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Sunset Cemetery Christiansburg.
