Roy L. Blankenship, 62, of Salem, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, May 1, 2016. Roy was preceded in death by his parents Otha "Jack" and Elizabeth Blankenship. Roy is survived by and loved by his wife Diana; sons, Travis and Troy; brother, Otha "Rocky" and wife Linda; sisters, Barbara and Nancy; aunt Mildred Thomas; stepchildren; grandchildren; great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
A service will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 7 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel, the family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service time. Arrangments by Simpson Funeral Home, 540-366-0707.
