Dearest Nancy: my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
As I grow older, I am most aware of how lucky that "we" had such awesome parents.
Not a day goes by that I don't thank God and my Dad for the values, integrity and morals with which he left me. I lost my Dad early and he didn't get to see my children or grandchildren. Your Dad lived a full and fruitful life and how happy I am that he saw your success and knew your children.
My Dad taught me to look at the glass 1/2 if not totally full - how lucky you and I are to have had such wonderful Dads.
My thoughts and my prayers are with you and yours at this time and through the years, I've learned that my faith and humor have sustained me.
My prayers are with you and yours - it's an honor to your Dad for raising such a wonderful daughter of whom I know he was most proud.
I hope you will call upon me should you need anything.
