Obituary of Robert Wolfe

Robert "Bob" Wolfe of Roanoke passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 6, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bob served in the U S Army during the Vietnam War. He was stationed in St. Andre' France where he met, worked with and married in a civil service his wife Patrice (Kiki). They were together for 52 years during which time they started their family consisting of children, five grandchildren, Devin, Emmanuel, Logan, Spencer and Conner all of whom they adored and had lots of fun times with, traveling, fishing, and going to the beach. Also surviving are a wonderful sister and brother-in-law.
Bob was a Shell Dealer in Roanoke, operating Crossroads Shell from 1974 to 1997. Bob and Pat were very fortunate to have traveled to many wonderful places.
A word of thanks to our special family, and many special friends who have supported us during Bob's illness
At Bob's request his remains will be cremated and there will be no visitation or formal service. A private family service will be held at a later date at one of Bob's favorite places.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to a charity that helps veterans. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory. 366-0707
