Obituary of Nancy Harvey Angstman

Nancy Harvey Angstman, 61 of Roanoke passed away Thursday November 26, 2015. Her parents, James and Mary Elizabeth Butt preceded her. Nancy loved spending time at the shores, Hilton Head and Nags Head with her husband Cliff and their family, just sitting on the beach listening to the sounds of the ocean. When not at the shores, she enjoyed volunteering at her church, and baking for the family. A very loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who always enjoyed their time together will be truly missed. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Cliff Angstman; Her son, Robert Harvey of Charlotte; a granddaughter, Nora Chacon-Harvey; a sister, Carol Scott and husband Norvell of Virginia Beach; niece and nephew, Lauren and Brandon, of Virginia Beach. Along with a host of other family members and dear friends. In Nancy’s memory, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory. Per family’s wishes, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
